Eccles Global Learning Abroad (EGLA) is the learning abroad program for the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. EGLA is committed to creating a safe, affordable learning abroad program to engage students in worldwide business education that instills the skill set students need to compete internationally.
EAS Graduate Program
English for Academic Success seeks to provide a variety of programs to help meet the needs of various graduate programs on campus. We are always willing to collaborate with other departments to create scaffold curricula.
English Language Institute
The English Language Institute (ELI) offers its students the opportunity to learn English in an academic setting, make new friends, and experience American culture in an enriching and welcoming program on the beautiful University of Utah campus.
The Hinckley Institute runs one of the most comprehensive and prestigious global internship programs at the University of Utah. Global internships are available for undergraduate and graduate students of all disciplines in more than 50 countries. Scholarships and financial aid are available for all semesters.
Global Public Health
By participating in Global Public Health programs, Utah students and faculty are expanding their worldview and learning new ways of delivering health services. The knowledge, understanding and respect gained from working alongside people of different traditions and beliefs are transforming values in both cultures.

International Relations Certificate
The International Relations Certificate is an interdisciplinary program administered by the Political Science Department. The benefits of earning the International Relations Certificate are enhancing and strengthening interest and understanding of international relations; gaining analytical; problem-solving; decision-making; research; and communications skills associated with international relations, and highlighting understanding of and commitment to the area of international relations.
International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS)
The International Student & Scholar Services office serves as the primary campus contact for international students, scholars, and alumni. Our office fosters and supports a global campus community as part of the University of Utah's vision of a welcoming and internationally connected campus.
International Teaching Assistants (ITA) Program
International Teaching Assistants are a vital part of the teaching mission at the University of Utah. These multilingual students are a valued part of our campus community, bringing the best and the brightest from over two dozen countries and as many different disciplines.
International Women's Association (IWA)
IWA provides a platform for intercultural exchange and interaction for women at the University of Utah and in the local community. All women interested in intercultural communication, topics, and awareness are welcome to participate in IWA activities. IWA seeks to bring together women of all cultural backgrounds and interests to network, learn about cultural adjustment, discuss women’s issues across many cultures, support each other, and spend time together in fun activities.

MUSE - Global Learning
At MUSE, it’s our goal to ensure every student has at least one signature experience during their time at the University of Utah. A signature experience might be an on-campus internship, a project with a faculty member, or a compelling class, but it might also be the chance to participate in a book discussion group or to spend time with a national guest. Regardless of what your signature experience will be, MUSE is here to make access to those experiences easier.

Oxford Human Rights Consortium
The Oxford Human Rights Consortium is a partnership between Oxford University and several U.S .universities, three of which are Pac-12 schools, including the University of Utah. Each year, a select group of Utah students participates in the weeklong workshop at Oxford University in March on topics of peace, conflict, and human rights.
TOEFL Prep Course
Our test preparation program offers a class designed to help you do your best on the Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet Based Test (TOEFL iBT). Each section of the TOEFL iBT is covered in depth, including how to assess your strengths and weaknesses, improve performance, increase test sophistication, and reduce test anxiety.
U Asia Campus
All students at the University of Utah Asia Campus will receive a University of Utah degree while being taught and mentored by qualified faculty appointed at the U in South Korea. Undergraduate students will spend three years studying at the U's Asia Campus in South Korea and one year studying at the Salt Lake City campus in Utah. Graduate students will spend one year at the Asia Campus and one year at the Salt Lake City campus to complete their degrees.
