Howard P. Lehman, Ph.D., Professor of Political Science, has been awarded a Fulbright Scholar grant to lecture and conduct research at the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna, Austria for spring semester 2015. As the Visiting Professor of International Studies, Prof. Lehman will teach classes on international politics. He also will conduct a study entitled “Soft Power, Leadership, and Foreign Aid: The Case of Austria.” This is Prof. Lehman’s third Fulbright Award, having received one for Slovakia (1994-5) and for Japan (2002-3).
